In this free workshop, we will be doing a review of the law components that went into effect July 1, 2024 for workplace violence prevention (WPV) in the state of California. Topics will include: Cal/OSHA deadlines, who the law pertains to, WPV program requirements, WPV prevention plan, types of WPV, Reporting WPV, threats and threat assessments, Violence Incident Log, and record-keeping requirements.
