Speaker Bio
Paul Lane serves as a Senior Safety Consultant for Spotlight Solutions, supporting various sectors, including biotechnology, biopharma, chemistry, and oil & gas. He has more than 20 years of EHS experience in manufacturing and consulting. Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northeastern University and a Master of Engineering in Advanced Safety Engineering and Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is also a Certified Safety & Health Manager from IHMM. Paul volunteers as the ASSP Management Practice Specialty (MPS) Advisory Committee Professional Development Chair and received the 2022-2023 ASSP MPS Safety Professional of the Year award. He has also led Key Information Collaboration Sessions at ASSP’s Safety 2023 and Safety 2024 conferences.
